Here’s why we’re better

    We charge $495 for closing services.

    That’s a low cost. You might find a lower advertised fee in Florida, but don’t be fooled. TitleZoom includes all your wire fees, all your courier fees, and all your notary fees.

    Our policy fees are typically lower.

    This is because we give you The Butler Rebate, a discount on your Owner’s Policy, and, when you get both the owner’s and lender’s, we literally charge you $125 for a Lender’s Policy. Some companies will mark this policy up 1,100%. Yep, you read that correctly.

    Here’s how this works. Florida law sets the price for your Owner’s Policy. No one can change this. Well, not us and not our competition, anyway.

    Then, TitleZoom rebates you 15% or more of this cost. We’re able to do this because of a Supreme Court decision that says title companies have the right to give rebates to consumers (that’s you, whether you’re a buyer or seller).

    If you want to get technical, it’s a rebate. But, not the kind you mail in and wait to get your money.  Some would call it a discount that’s applied at your closing off of your title insurance premium. And, we can give it, so we do.

    And since we can cover the lower costs of online services with our flat fee of $495, we pass the cost of the Lender’s Policy and rebate that, too. So, yeah, it’s $125 if you’re a buyer.

    We keep customer and transaction information secure by exceeding the Title Insurance and Settlement Company Best Practices provided by the American Land Title Association (ALTA). You can download those practices from their site here.

    You don’t need to deal with piles of paper, picking papers up, dropping papers off, checking snail mail day after day, figuring out where an office is and when you’ll get there.
