Your closing agent will review all your documents. They'll review these with you! These docs live on our secure platform. And, you'll have a chance to review all of these docs again on the day of your closing.
Contracts, affidavits, declarations, deed. And, if you're a buyer with a loan, mortgage docs, too. Some of your documents can be signed electronically via our platform for an even quicker closing.
Your closing agent transfers the money from buyer to seller. The seller transfers the deed to the buyer, who is now the owner.
Your closing agent finalizes and records all docs. This is done with the appropriate agencies where you live. You can see all of this online on our secure platform, too.
We send an electronic package to the buyer and seller. The buyer gets their title insurance policy and both parties get their signed, closing docs.
